Hi,
I am trying to use the Waypoint Navigation. It successfully uploads to the APM 2.5 Board, however, when the flight mode is switched to Auto, the quadcopter flies in the opposite direction of the first waypoint at a very high altitude and eventually crashes. I have fixed the home altitude and the altitudes of the waypoints. I also changed the WP speed. Still, no hope. Can somebody help me try to achieve WP Navigation?

are your problem still exists? i have the same error. loiter and rtl is working, in auto mode my copter does the same as your quad ....!?!
If you have telemetry perhaps you could post the .tlog file for someone here to diagnose what is happening in your situation.
