I get non readable display for waypoints since i update to 1.3.16.
Any way to correct this issue ?

It's a bug and most probably will be corrected in the future. You found the work around for now...
Well, finally by clicking "Add below" all get well in place. Just delete point just after, of course.
All I do is click anywhere on the map to get it to expand. Unfortunately from there you can't expand the individual columns except for the Waypoint number column.
