What ESC, Motor and Battery combination would you recommend? Alternatives to the Turnigy 2217?

We are thinking of using this frame: http://aglhobbiesllc.com/shop/viewitem.php?groupid=1&productid=2 We will be building an Arducopter and adding a couple of sensors to it. We're adding one of each of the following:

* Infrared Thermometer : http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=9570
* Ultrasonic Range Finder: http://www.sparkfun.com/commerce/product_info.php?products_id=9491
or : SRF08s from http://www.robot-electronics.co.uk/acatalog/Ultrasonic_Rangers.html
* XtremeBee Board : http://store.diydrones.com/product_p/br-0015-01.htm

For motors we are considering:

Also, Is any 18A ESC appropriate for this configuration?

    RCTimer's BC2836-11 are pretty decent (also 4s).
