What Quad Copter frame to buy ??

Hallo all, I need some help. I am very new to this but very excited to get into multi rotor RC copters.

At the moment I have a budget of USD175 and would love to buy a good QuadCopter frame that I can assemble myself. I would love to use it with my GoPro2 for photography.

Any suggestions please
