What's wrong with this mission?

Just getting started with missions. Can anyone offer any advice on the mission shown in the image?

The Iris launches and droidplanner says that it is heading to waypoint 2 but it just loiters above launch.

Any help would be appreciated.

        I believe I am running 3.2. What is the easiest way to check?
        
        Edit: Looks like I'm on 3.1.5 as that is all that I see when I try to update in mission planner.

        Spline is only supported on 3.2. Is that what you're running?

        I did. Twice on the computer and once on the phone.
        
        The mission is still on the Iris now.
        
        I wonder if it has something to do with the spline WP's
