Where to connect the +5V to if I don't use the power distribution board?

Hello developers?,

I've spent some time know finding out where to put the +5V when I get the ardu electronics.

I thought I would use one of the 4 ESC connectors on the ardu board (red). But then I discovered that this board also happen to have a single +/- connection on the side.

So, where to put the +5V?

I have all of my esc's hooked up and have never smoked anything. What basis is there that it would actually break something?

the +/- pins are for more than 6V input (the APM has it's own voltage regulator)
or you can connect 5V through the ESC connectors

you use the power from the ESC, but make sure that its from only one (cut the others) other wise you WILL fry your board!!
