Which props for X8 multirotor and pixhawk

I am trying to visualise which props i need for a new x8 configuration i want to build

To me it does not seem correct to run props in "reverse" yet the Gemfan props i am used to can only be mounted one way up. Am i suffering only from a lack of the ability to imagine the correct orientation?

Understand that its best to run different size and pitch props between the top and bottom motors also.

Any enlightenment gratefully received

    Props run clockwise or anticlockwise, "lettering sunnyside up" as normal on an coaxial.

      Thanks i had sort of worked out that a prop can either run clockwise or anti clockwise.

      To get the air to move in the correct direction it appears the prop needs to lead with its trailing edge. 

      Is that correct
