I see thatRCTimer has a cheapie $99 gimbal with brushless motors.

They state that this gimbal needs a special driver board (an extra 63 dollars).. I was wondering if this extra board is required, or can the gimbal be set up to be controlled by the APM using the Mission Planner 'gimbal set up utility'?
