Writing Waypoints to ArduPilot-Mega

I am trying to write waypoints to ardupilot-mega with APM Planner 1.0.57 and i do it successfully like this:

3690886044?profile=originaland then i can read them in terminal tab like this:

3690886114?profile=original I tested stabilize mode and it worked properly but when i switch to auto mode after takeoff, my plane do not follow the waypoints and do some turn and then decrease the alt,
every time i test that it do the same turns in wich place i switch the mode.
(in the RTL mode agin it do the same turns!)

Please help me to solve this problem.

  • I had similar results when flying without telemetry link. The plane would RTL beautifully but way points always resulted in a gradual decrease in ALT. to where I had to abort the mission. Everything navs and works great with xbees on board. I thought it was something I was doing wrong when I loading way points but maybe not. Anyone else able to fly a mission without telemetry on-board?

  • go to www.x-plane.com and download the demo version, it works for 10 minutes and then go to wiki and select simulator and configure your APM and the board and you can test it on simulator.

     

     

  • have you ever tested your waypoints on Xplane simulator?
