Looking for a used Iris+ that flies.

No gimbal necessary, but any configuration worth discussing.

Alternative is an Iris+ equivalent size  w/ real PixHawk ,GPS, Radio, Telemetry, etc.

This part sounds shady :)

Will ship to Tampa. 

I'm in NYC and buying it for my brother, so PayPal, Chase QuickPay, etc., for payment.
