I'm new to Ardupilot and just received my first Ardupilot mega board from udrones, and I discovered that if I mount my Xbee module within about 2-3inches of the ardupilot board I get massive servo jitter, but when its further away than that (about as far as the stock cable can reach) the jitter is pretty much eliminated.
I'm using a 2.4ghz radio and a 900Mhz xbee system.
I couldn't find anything about this on the forums or in Google, so I'm wondering if this normal?
