Hello All,
Im using APM Version 1.0
i want to run a simulated mission using ArduPilotMegaPlanner and X-Plane Flight Simulator. In the ArduPilotMega Manual the instructions say to mod APM_Config.h file to the values below. However not all values are in my APM_Config.h
In Arduino, when i open ArduPilotMega i also a file called APM_Config_Xplane.h
Are these directions not current or did/am i missing something?
Thanks
Erik

The altitudes in the mission you programmed are relative to the altitude of the home position. The planner can plot a chart showing programmed altitudes relative to the terrain.
If auto isn't working, try to get FBW working. This uses the full auto pilot control loop except that it gets its error signal from the RC inputs and not from the difference between the GPS position and where it thinks it should be according to the mission.
What isn't working?
I just followed the Wiki to get APM 1.02 (and the previous release) working with Xplane.
That manual page hasn't caught up with 2.0 yet
http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/wiki/BetaXplane worked for me.
