ZTE Phone not connecting to IRIS+

Are there only certain phones that will connect to the IRIS+. It will connect with my tablet but not my phone. The APP down loaded fine but won't connect. My phone is a Android straight talk.

    Btw, if you mean wired connection, not radio, some may have trouble providing enough power, then you'll get a warning about high power devices not supported.

    All will work, as long they have USB OTG, and not very, very old android version.
