I get this now and then, the waypoints take a really long time, if I unplug and replug it comes in really fast.

Oh I see! I just watched the video (duh). Does this problem occur only if you power on the vehicle _after_ starting andropilot? If you instead start andropilot after the vehicle has already started does it occur at all?

This should be pretty easy to track down. The next time it occurs can you send me the tlog? (Make sure to go to andropilot settings / logging / keep boring logs and turn that on)
