Motorola Atrix HD (AT&T MB886) not working via Bluetooth

Probably NOT your fault...

Motorola Atrix HD (MB886) AT&T Firmware

Android 4.1.1

No Bluetooth connection allowed or recognized. I can't even check the Bluetooth connection box. I am sure this is a phone issue and not an Andropilot issue. Anyone else out there experience this? Any fixes other than buying another phone? (Planning to get a Google Nexus 7 or 10 soon)

Figured it out. Didn't know that APM interrupts TELEM streaming when powered over USB.
