arduplane level setup

Hi to all...I made few flight in new caipirinha wing...with default pid, made all radio calibration...firts flight in manual and need only small trim in aileron and elevator..after that redo radio calibration again and adjust mechanical link servo..trim to cero, flight again and no trim, cruise throtle to 45 and maintain level, but when I put in FBW A and stabilized the plane drastically picth nose down, servo direction in manual or auto modes it's ok..

The question is?maybe my board leve it's wrong (I calibrate level in mission palnner) How i check in dataflash log if my apm board is in correct level and how i compensate this?? My plane is intended for fpv flight,I no use pc and telemetry in the field..
