Calibrating the voltage reading

hi every one just wondering if it safe to plug the batterie and the usb to the computer at the same time to calibrate the batterie sensor reading it is state in the instruction that if you plugged the power module and the usb cable you will blow the apm

    i do it all the time and have no issues.  i didn't know it was "forbidden"....

    Yes you can have both power sources on at the same time. However, do not hot plug anything with USB connected. In other words, be sure the other battery is connected first, the plug in USB. Disconnect the USB first, then the battery.
