Did a full automated flight, take off waypoints and then land
It went pretty well but the landing did a little hop after touchdown.
At the end it went to the RTL position, came down smooth to about 3 feet from the ground, then it oddly did a little pause at 3feet, lifted an inch, then proceeded to land the last 3 feet. After touchdown it went up about half foot then touchdown again and shut off motors. I reset and tried again, same exact thing happened, 100% exact replication.
So I am thinking I did my plan wrong, after Last waypoint I did a RTL, then I told it to LAND
Maybe I did not need the last "LAND" command? RTL would have landed it? The manual does not mention it.

There's an RTL_ALT_FINAL parameter that you can set to zero and then it will just land at the end of RTL. With that you could remove the loiter time and land commands.
