I am designing an multicopter and using ardupilot mega in it, for this apm will act as stabilising board too or with apm we should use stabilising board , i am confused...please help me

The APM is all you need...it does both the stabilization as well as the autopilot/navigation functions as well(that is if you have the magnetometer and GPS attached to it)
