auto and rtl problems

After testing my hexa today i have two problems:

AUTO: when i switch from stabilize to auto,it went very fast to a hight about 30-40 meters (default alt set to 10 meters) and then it came very fast down (the motors almost stop) and i had to switch to stabilize for not to crash in the ground............

RTL:It lands perfect on the spot....but.....the motors dont stop, and after ca 5 sek one motor speed up so the hexa turned around and crashed....

anyone who knows what who can have caused the problems???

Sorry for my very bad english!!! ;-)

Almost all problems people report with AC3.0.1 are caused by one of the six issues discussed on this wiki page.

Altitude hold problems are almost always caused by vibration.

For RTL to turn off the motors you need to hold the throttle down until it thinks it has landed which can take a few seconds.

    best of luck.

  • What are your mode setting values? If they are really close to PWM min or max, fluctuations might be driving the aircraft to unexpected modes/conditions. Check the values in MPs flight mode as you flip your Tx switches and verify that your values are in the middle of the min/max values.

I'm a noob so I may have said that wrong or be off the mark, but I have been working to get six flight modes out of my 3 position switch and noticed a warning about PWM values being too close to min or max.
