“Cannot Get Log List” in MAVLink

“Cannot Get Log List”

That’s the message I get when trying to download the data flash log in the Flight Data tab of Mission Planner.  I am however able to download the logs using terminal.
I tried changing USB cables but got same results
Any ideas as to what the problem may be or how to fix it? I have searched but can’t find any information.

    Downloading flash logs over MAVLink is only available with firmware version 3.2+ (because terminal/CLI has been removed there). This is not a bug. This functionality is just not available with your firmware. Mission Planner is already prepared for the newer version so you can see the option to download logs over MAVLink although it is not possible with your current firmware.

    You have to download your logs using terminal or use the beta firmware which is not fully tested yet.

      Thanks Sandro. Been away from the APM for a bit and I could have sworn that's the way I did it before.

      I must be loosing it the older I get.
