We've got a fully assembled hexacopter by jDrones running the APM1 with the bigger motors. We've been following the Arducopter wiki step-by-step, but are having trouble completing the ESC calibration process. We can get the motors to spin after the first few steps. but then we can't get them to arm in the second part. Hoping we're just missing something simple.
This video shows us following the steps described. Thanks for any help!

The throttle needs to be fully low to arm. You should also double check your radio is calibrated in the MP. If the APM doesn't see a full right Yaw, it won't arm. Its easy to adjust the Yaw trim and not realize it.
BTW, just to be clear, Arming is something that happens inside the APM and does not involve the ESCs at all. ESC calibration is to ensure equal output of the thrust across all 6 motors.
