I posted this in the APM support forum as well, but I don't know if that was the right place, so:
APM 2.5 is my best FC up to now. But when you get a lot of features, you simply want more ;-)
When I fly and want to record WP's, I flip CH7 at a momentary switch. Works great, but is it possibe to get an "Auto CH7" at for instance 1 "flip" per 1/2/5 seconds?
So what I would like to happen is:
After arming the copter, the first waypoint recorded is "home" and then each 1/2/5 seconds a waypoint is recorded until landing. Then I can switch to "auto" and refly my mission.
I tried to extract WP's from the telemetry log (of a flight without using CH7), but without success. Am I forgetting to set a parameter or is extracting WP's only possible if you put them in the APM first?

I don't remember well but i think if you switch CH7 until you leave it active the code save one wp every "x", when "x" is the wp radius from the previous recorded wp, simply move your quad in flight and try.
