Trying to detirmine why when geofencing is enabled my motors start at full throttle for 30 seconds as soon as esc are armed? Everything is working perfectly when geofencing is disabled.

Any thoughts on this issue? Even with the arming check active it will still arm even if gps lock hasnt been made if I have geo fencing enabled. If its disabled the arming check works as intended and wont allow arming unless gps lock and other sensors are in check.
The runaway motors on arming happens any time apm is armed , gps lock or not if geofencing active box is checked.
Well, that's scary. My guess is that it immediately thinks you've broken the fence and it's switching into RTL which includes climbing to the RTL_ALT which defaults to 15m.
If you could include a log file we can check your parameters.

GPS failsafe ?
Are you using a 3DR gps or a Rctimer one?
