hello,
i'm trying to assembly my first quadcopter and I have very basic question I couldn't solve. I'd like to use my graupner mx-12 (4proportional + 2 boolean channel , ppm/spcm modulation) with a graupner r700 receiver I already used on few plane models. Will they fit with an APM2.5? I tryed by setting a PPM modulation on the transmitter, shorting APM inputs 2-3 and connecting the RX ch1 on APM ch1, but nothing seems to work. switching APM on, ESCs make few beeps but then nothing more happens. My receiver is connected to 5V-GND coming from the APM.
I couldn't find docs on people using my TX. Mission planner is ok, from the pc i can read accelerometers, etc.
Any idea on it?
thanks

pintu,
I think it would be good to separately look at the input to the APM and then move onto the output from the APM.
So for the input, do you see the green bars on the mission planner's Radio Calibration screen? Instructions here.
