Thanks a bunch, everyone, I've heard enough to make me comfortable about ordering from jDrones and now I'll continue to wait for some answers about the specifics and then get that Hexa headed this way! (Chis, apologies for sending that first message to you, it was intended for here but I somehow hit the wrong button, duh!)
[original post:]
Having just sold a bunch of heli gear and wanting to get deeper into multicopters than I can with my Gaui 500X-S, and seeing that the whole Arduino scene looks a lot more inviting than it did the last time I looked a couple of years or so ago, I decided to purchase a fully assembled (I have time constraints...) Hexa as advertised on the jDrone site. So I sent them an email via their site last weekend asking a few questions about options and spares etc. that they might recommend be included in the order. All I've gotten back is a message from an autoresponder advising that a "ticket" is open. I've resent the query - nothing. So can someone please advise - is this normal or an anomaly, and how's their service when there's a problem that has you grounded, etc.? Thanks for any input - I wouldn't bother the group here with this but it is a lot of money and I hope to get off to a good start ...

It's the lunar new year. It may be a holiday in Thailand. I'm not sure if they observe that one or not.
Hello
This is the best copter on the market, though needs a lot more contributors in all aspects, but I put my bet on these guys here.
I got from from udrones:

Mr. Romero is a serious professional and highly detailed and very knowlegeable about the platform here and other places.
There are a lot of TOYS on the market, but what they are doing here has potential for an industry wide breakthrough
