MavLink + OSD connections

Hi Everyone,

i have apm2.5.2 with MinimOSD working great but since my recent addition of an Android Nexus tablet I am very interested in using both at the same time. So I recently bought a "Telemetry/OSD Y-cable adapter cable for APM 2.5"

from 3DR and now i am attempting to set everything up in harmony. Unfortunately, the FTDI cable doesnt connect with the mini connection of the radio... In the pic below you can see what look to be the correct connection but i cant find out where/what this connector is.

Does anyone know where I can get the FTDI to the radio connector as seen in this pic?

    Hi Michael,

    You mean we just need to add 2 parallel pair of cables to the cable that has DF13 connector on its head. That is ok, right?

    First thing first: Never ever ever apply power to the 3DR radio without first firmly attaching an antenna. If you power the telemetry unit without an antenna, you are likely to fry the radio.

    Second: Are you asking about the ground or air telemetry unit? Are you asking how to connect the android tablet to the ground telemetry radio? I don't think I've seen a 3DR radio like the one you are showing. Can you share a photo of the other side?

    Where did you get that telemetry unit, and when?
