I will like to know if somebody can help me to rebuild my P4 QTECH Copter.

I got it from AliBaba a few years ago, and it never flew, casue de esc board burns every time I've tried to fly it, but it's a long history.

Now, I want to rebuild it, and I need to know if I can reuse the engines, frame and propellers to make it work with wiht a 3DR APM with telemetry an GPS

Please somebody help me to rebuild it with the best parts configuration for agricultural surveying.
