Gratings for all the community, i'm doing a project for my university related with drones, and i've built an application to control an Hexacopoter, but when i went to perform some field tests my UAV always flipped, after some broken propels i give up and i went to measure the ch out comparing with the ch in, and the results were diffrent, so means that some motors are spining more than others

It's possible that some of the propellers or motors are spinning in the wrong direction or that the motors are not connected to the correct outputs of the flight controller. Sounds silly but it's very common.
It's very normal for the motor outputs to be different for each motor in order to maintain attitude control. That's how a multicopter works!
Did you do ESC calibration? Try to do the all-in-one ESC calibration and if you are not familiar with this, search Youtube.
Thank you for the reply i did the ESC calibration several times, i even changed the ESCs and still nothing
