Restart mission again again and again and again

I can not figure out why almost every time I do an Auto flight I keep getting sent back to waypoint one if Tx signal is lost.  You can see its lost signal because of the behavior on the camera.

But I changed if loss of Tx->Rx signal to do continue mission and the preset switch settings to do a RTL with the switch preset, but instead it restarted the mission.

Expected Behavior:
RTL or better yet continue mission; but I think I have to wait till next version for this to happen according to Randy, but if thats the case why it restarted mission and not RTL I am not sure.

I am running andropilot at the same time, could that be overriding the RTL and making it restart?

It changed from Auto to Auto, I would have at least expected an RTL in between there

I had a look at the logs and I do see a GCS failsafe at 3056 (so I guess you were using the on screen virtual sticks to control the copter and then lost telemetry contact).  the GCS_Failsafe was set to "2" which is to continue the mission so it didn't do anything.

Then it looks like you had a real TX/RX failure at 3297 and once it recovered at 3484 it then switched to AUTO mode again.  Although it was in auto mode already this caused it to restart the mission.

There were a couple more telemetry failsafes but they were correctly ignored.

So the good news is that you'll be find in AC3.1 (-rc7 is available now if you're brave) because requests to switch into the flight mode that you're already in are ignored.  So switching from AUTO to AUTO won't happen and the mission won't restart.

Also in AC3.1 it should ignore the flight mode switch movement that the APM sees as the TX/RX lose contact.
