Six modes with Graupner MX-20

I'm a newbie to quad flying (and flying in general). Just got my 3D Robotics Arducopter in the air, done some flight tests and got it to fly stable in Stabilize, Alt Hold and Loiter.

Have tried to set up my Graupner MX-20 according to the instructions found at http://diydrones.com/profiles/blogs/six-modes-with-graupner-mx-16, but can't get my 3-way switch (CTRL-9) to work in combination with the 2-way switch (SW8).

The display of my MX-20 it slightly different than the display in these instructions which is for MX-16.

Can someone with a MX-20 transmitter please post som pictures and comments on how this is done??

Or anyone else that may have a brilliant idea on how to help me out??
