how to install the firmware to that particular launchpad?

after uploading the software how to connect the wires and all other steps which is related to hardware ?
how to connect with computer without using 2.4 ghz radio channels ?

Well, the source code for both PixHawk and APM is open.
You can download it, and see if you can modify it to run on the TI platform.

Why do you want to re invent the wheel ?
I have a TI 'Launch Pad", maybe it is an much older one, but for mine, there is no way to make it an auto pilot.
Go google, apm, pixhawk, and you will see where this technology is these days.
