unable to connect MISSION PLANNER

Hi, I'm programming over APM 2.6 firmware version 3.2, I'm now unable to connect MISSION PLANNER 1.2.92, then select the type of installation Quad copter firmware tab and download the hex file I get the error message encountered NO connection. Please help to resolve this problem. APM firmware if I want to return to the ARDUCopter 3.1 What steps should do. Thank

  • I dont know solution, but i have same problem on my notebook. I think that is too many com ports problem. I have big numbers of com ports too. When i used netbook of my childrens everything was OK.
    So when i need upload new firmware take childrens netbook. Try other pc . Not good solution but efective:-)

    @hamidreza,

    I think that you may be having a Com port problem. Your Com port number jumped from 2 in the second picture to 24 in the third picture.

    Also, you might be having this problem if you have Bluetooth enabled.
