Unknown Device

I have been using the APM 2.5 and haven't had a problem finding the COM to connect within Mission Planner.  I now have an APM 2.6 that I am trying to setup.  Although, I am not able see the Arduino Mega 2560.  I have the drivers on the hard drive (Windows 7) and when I browse to update, I still get the message, Unknown Device.

Need some help.

    Arduino Mega 2560 found. 

    I did an uninstall and did the process over.

    All is working.
