Hi,

I have a HK H4 quad with 13" props, AfroESCs, 640kv motors and 4s 5000mah, APM2.6+ ublox.

When I maidened the rig a couple of months ago, it went initially well except for a disaster where one of the plastic props disintegrated mid-air.. had to replace 3 motors ($#$@!) and replaced the props with CF (lesson learned).. anyway, at least I know the setup works.

Fast forward, ever since I got the replacement motors, I was never able to fly it more than 10ft without the motors suddenly shutting down (this time, I fly over a grassy area to limit the damage)..  I've updated the firmware to 3.1.2, did the radio, accelerator etc tuning before each flight and most often than not at just takeoff throttle everything shuts down again.

I checked the logs via AP for vibration and noticed that AccX,Y,Z go beyond the recommended ranges.. so I know I have a rattling rig..

my question is:  can excessive vibration cause the AP to shutdown?

Attached are the logs and a snapshot of the AccX (Y and Z are also off anyway), Throttles, Volts and current. Strangely, the current Volt and Vcc (what is this?) seems to be going down until everything stops.  I know my battery is good (I also use it regularly on a 1.9m  skywalker).  Could it be the APM power module?  any help would be greatly appreciated!
