Hello.
I set myself a challenge of hooking up APMRover2 to a car simulated in MORSE and it seems to work so I thought I'd write about it. Might be interesting to someone.
MORSE is a robot simulator based on Blender's Game Engine. MORSE is different to JSBSim in that it has rigid body physics (though I never ran JSBSim, I didn't find anything about collision support).
Here's a video of the simulation. The source is on github and also some words about setup.

I have only just seen this post! That is absolutely awesome. Rover didn't use JSBSim - only Plane did. The current Rover simulator is written in Python. This should be great - very excited. I will be trying this out!!!
Thanks, Grant.
Thanks to Sean O'Brien the university intern who is working with Tridge and myself I now have this up and running on my laptop. I spent last night driving around running into blocks laughing myself silly. Excellent fun. We will post more soon.
Thanks, Grant.
Great work! I hope it wasn't too much trouble. I look forward to reading more about your experience.
Thanks for sharing. I have been meaning to try something similar with Unity3D
I wish i had more time right now for tinkering.
Will probably be able to give it a go on the weekend :)
