Mission planner going nuts with APM2.5 and ardurover

Hello,I have a strange stuff going on: i have a new APM 2.5 board. I want to configure it with ardurover firmware. I plug the usb cable, i open the latest mission planner and i load the ardurover firmware. So far, so good.After that mission planner starts going nuts, saying and displaying "Armed", and other stuff that do not correlate with the real status of the board. My APM board is new, not connected to anything.Is there an imcompatibility between the latest mission planner and ardurover ?

    hello,

    i have done a full eeprom cleanup with "erase" and "reset" in CLI. I reloaded the latest firmware and now I have a situation that may be normal but not sure: is it normal that it goes in ARMED status automatically and immediately after I connect to the board

    (i guess it is but would like confirmation).

    It goes automatically in mode "Learning".

    I still have an issue with the 2S battery voltage and current measurement and failsafe but that 's my other two posts.

    Have you done your RC setup yet?

    @Hugues,

    I just tried ArduRover2 v2.41, which is the same version you are using, with MP 1.2.57 and it worked okay without any errors.

    If you do not have a receiver hooked to the APM or the receiver is not linked, you should see the "Hold" mode displayed in the MP HUD.

    I will load my APM with the latest beta later today and see if there are any issues.

    @Hugues,

    What version of the MP are you using?

    I have stuck with version 1.2.53 on my laptop since it works well with my APM2.5. I do have version 1.2.57 on my PC, but have not tried it with my APM2.5.
