Is it possible to use 0 as the value for STEER2SRV_P?

I've got a vehicle that is a skid steering configuration but it's technically not skid steering because rather than the left and right sides being controlled separately, the steering channel drives both the left and right in opposing directions.

Basically, I'm wondering if the algorithms can handle a zero turning radius.
