  • I had someone try to print this and he could not get the top to print correctly. Anyone else try to print it successfully?

    • Actually I had him try both. I got back what he tried to do today. It looks like the tall base and the lip on the top for the lid is too thin and breaks thru on the recess for the top.

      I can glue it and get it to work.I'll take a picture for you.

      that looks like the results i have seen.

      I don't own a 3D printer yet but got a few cases printed out by a friend.

    • It just needs a little re-enforcement behind the indentation for the lid.

    • I've been using the the foam and tape method, it seems to work but I'm a few weeks off putting mine in the air.
