I don’t think that Iris does has a barometer or other altitude-sensing device, apart from the GPS unit. I know that GPS can approximate altitude, but not very accurately. So how is Iris able to land so nicely in Land or RTL flight modes?

Well seeing this is already opened, and instead of making a new thread. How do I calibrate the altitude? I was taking it up to test the altitude accuracy, and when it just hit the 2 meter mark on the controller it was way above me, maybe twice my height, and I am about 5'6". When I landed it, the reading was -1 meters.
So how do I adjust the altitude so I know it is dead on. I don't want to fly above the 400 foot mark. So to be safe I don't want to climb above 350 feet, just want to know the height I am at.
Good question Nick, I have the same issue, it allways gives me like 5 meters higher then it should be, Would like to be able to calibrate it.
Lets wait together for someone to answer, you've been waiting for a long time haha :)
