I think I may have inadvertently changed some settings when in the compass settings. I was in there to do a compass calibration as I have just updated to RC14. touchpads on laptops can sometimes click when you don't want to.

In the picture, should Manual be checked? or should it be on Pixhawk? and if so, what should the rotation setting be? Rotation_Roll_180 doesn't sound right to me?
