I was flying the other day and had a motor pop out of the arm on my Iris.  Totally wiped the drone out.  You can watch the video "HERE". I called 3DR and was told that a tech would be getting back to me within a day.  I then sent an email yesterday but still no response... I'm pretty bummed out right now.  Thankfully I still have my DJI Phantom.  I did an aerial survey today and have one in the pipeline for tomorrow.  Not as fun as the Iris but at least the motors don't fall off!
