I am also having this problem while trying to upload AP_OpticalFlow_test.pde to my board (ardupilot 2.6).
I have the Arduino version ArduPilot-Arduino-1.0.3-windows. I have set a project folder as my sketchbook and have placed in that folder the folders from ArduCopter-3.0.1
Any help much appreciated!
which version of Arduino are you using? you need the Arduino-1.0.3 in order to select the specific APM board. Also, your libraries may be in the wrong place. Hope this helps!
