  • I do not.  I believe compass calibration shouldn't have to be changed unless perhaps if you travel to a different launch location that is very far away from where you first did it.  I have calibrated my machine in East Texas and taken it to New Mexico and Arizona without any problems.  That's a few hundred miles.  I'm not even certain it would need to be calibrated if I traveled to China, but maybe someone else can chime in on the theory behind compass calibration.  

  • If you're traveling 100 or more miles it's a good idea.. 25 ,50 or so miles isn't a big deal. Personally anything over 50 miles I recalibrate just to be on the safe side..
