Mission Planner --> connect via COM --> CONFIG/TUNING --> Standard Params (left side) --> You need to scroll down until you see "Motors always spin when armed (set : do not spin) :)

Actually,I use the flight control software is px4 flight stack not Ardupilot.
This way is cannot use...
