  • People have trouble with vibration because they do not balance motors or props.  In addition to doing both, I use vibration dampers...

  • as far as i know, why people doesn't use pixhawk as heavyweight copter FC is because vibration.
More Weight, More torque at the lower throttle make more noise to IMU.
if you can design the damper you will get no problem with Pixhawk.

Try use Pixhawk 2.1 . it more reliable to do your project, it has internal IMU Damper. it will help to cancel the vibration noise.

  • You are right!

But as I searched, I got that Pixhawk is being used so rarely. I do not know but I think there is a negative bias about Pixhawk that most of user do not choose it.

I asked, because I wanted to get sure about it.

    Regards

Pixhawk doesn't care how much the aircraft weighs,  What you need to be concerned about is the power system (motors, props, ESCs and battery) that will give you  at least 30 kilos of thrust at 50% throttle.  This comes out to 3.75 kilos per motor/prop combination, so you will need some pretty hefty motors swinging very large props.
