Finishing off the Community User guide before my first flight and found that I do not have a micro usb port to update to.  The only port I have is a 6 pin, looks very similar to a balancing port you would have on a charger.

Any ideas?  I am very hesitant to try and jam a micro usb into this thing,  

I should add that I have another drone that works with Arducopter, so I am very familiar with the firmware upgrade process etc.
