Hi Ned.
Here Is what I did... I bought an additional Solo battery Charger (need 2 since i have 6 batteries), and I purchased an Inverter to plug them into.
Here's the link of one that works great for me. I use the Cigarette lighter adaptor and am able (with a short 3 outlet extension cord for 4 outlets total) can charge my solo controler, 2 solo batteries and my phone at the same time with no issues.
