New batteries - voltage only 16.30 after charge cycle

Hello,

I have a new Solo I purchased last week in addition to a spare battery.  I have less than 5 cycles on both batteries.

What I've noticed is that I can only measure 16.30 volts on the batteries after a full charge cycle.  I've measured with 2 voltage meters directly on the leads of the batteries with them turned on.

With both batteries installed in the solo, the 3dr app reports 16.60 volts.

Since both batteries are essentially new, shouldn't I be measuring 16.80 volts on the battery and in the solo app?

I have a ticket with 3DR but wanted to ask here as well.

    A followup to this.  I removed my battery tray and measured the voltage at the pdb with solo powered on.  Doing this I see 16.60 volts.
