DJI Ace One waypoint wrong telemetry and error uploading mission

Hi Guys,

I am having problems uploading a mission from UgCS to my flight controler.  I managed to connect without problems, but the telemetry data seem to be incomplete and the altitude is wrong.  The upload button is also greyed out.  Are there other successful users of Ace One Waypoint and UgCS?

I currently use DJI Ground Station with success but would rather want to use UgCS as I am using it as ground station for fixed wing.

    Hi Stefan,

    please collect all logs and send them to support@ugcs.com. We will try to help.

    Logs are located in C:\Users\ [USER NAME]\AppData\Local\UGCS\logs - if you use Windows laptop.

    Problem is that we don't have DJI Ace autopilot in our office at the moment, so may be we will need remote connection to your system to resolve the problem.
